Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of slonkle.com. Customer projects, proofs of concept, and AI employee deployments are governed by the separate agreements made for those engagements.

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Hemicule website at slonkle.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

A workflow audit, proof of concept, implementation, support arrangement, or deployed AI employee may be subject to a separate proposal, order, service agreement, data processing agreement, or confidentiality agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed customer agreement takes priority for that engagement.

2. What the Website provides

The Website introduces Hemicule, describes example industries and functions, and explains our general approach to private, self-hosted AI employees. The examples are illustrative descriptions of what a custom implementation may be designed to do. They are not a promise that every feature is available immediately, suitable for every organization, or included without a separate scope of work.

Website content is general information for business evaluation. It is not legal, accounting, tax, medical, compliance, or other professional advice.

3. Interactive examples and sample results

The homepage includes an interactive example that lets a visitor choose a local file and displays example outputs. Selecting a file through that control does not upload the file or its contents to Hemicule; the browser script displays only the filename. Any figures, answers, or workflow results shown in the example are illustrative sample data, not an analysis of the selected file.

Any live audit, proof of concept, or analysis of customer material requires a separately agreed process. Do not send confidential or regulated documents until an appropriate communication and transfer method has been agreed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in violation of applicable law or the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its hosting environment, or related systems;
  • introduce malware, interfere with availability, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass security controls;
  • use automated means that impose an unreasonable load or disrupt other visitors;
  • misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority; or
  • copy or use Website content in a misleading way or to imply an endorsement that does not exist.

5. Customer systems and AI outputs

Hemicule AI employees are intended to be configured around approved workflows and deployed on customer-controlled infrastructure. The customer is responsible for the systems, data, permissions, review procedures, and decisions it chooses to connect to a deployment, except to the extent a signed agreement expressly allocates a responsibility to Hemicule.

AI-generated content and recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. Outputs should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person before they are relied on, especially for external communications, financial records, legal or regulatory matters, employment decisions, healthcare workflows, or other consequential actions. Human approval and exception-handling requirements should be defined for each workflow.

No Website statement creates a service-level commitment, warranty, or performance guarantee for a customer deployment. Those commitments must appear in the applicable customer agreement.

6. Intellectual property and customer material

The Website, its design, text, graphics, branding, and original content are owned by Hemicule or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share unmodified links to the Website for legitimate business evaluation. Except as permitted by law or with our written consent, you may not republish, sell, sublicense, or create misleading derivative presentations of the Website.

A customer retains its rights in documents, data, workflows, and other material it provides for an engagement. These Terms do not transfer ownership of customer material to Hemicule. Rights relating to project deliverables, configurations, pre-existing components, and open-source software are governed by the applicable customer agreement and third-party licenses.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website may rely on third-party infrastructure or external resources, such as hosting and font delivery, and may link to third-party websites. Third parties are responsible for their own services, content, availability, and privacy practices. A link or technical integration does not imply that Hemicule endorses every statement or offering made by that third party.

8. Website disclaimers

We aim to keep the Website useful, accurate, and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to the Website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from errors or harmful components.

Examples, timelines, and potential outcomes described on the Website are general illustrations. Actual results depend on the customer's workflows, source material, systems, configuration, review process, and adoption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemicule will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance on this Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for a paid customer engagement is governed by the applicable customer agreement rather than by an assumption that a Website visit creates a service contract.

10. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update the Website and these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to Website use after its “Last updated” date. Changes to a signed customer agreement require the process specified in that agreement.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Questions about these Terms may be raised through the email or other business contact channel used for your Hemicule inquiry, proposal, or customer engagement.
